Description

We are looking for General Manager Civil (Civil Head) to lead Civil Stations Works & Buildings for Oil & Gas Pipeline Projects under Saudi Aramco.

Location-Al Khobar

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the team 10 Civil Managers & 25 Civil Engineers
• Overall management of civil works for pipeline stations, including:
o Pumping stations, valve stations, scraper stations, metering stations, and associated facilities
• Supervision of structural, building, and infrastructure works, including:
o Foundations (shallow & deep), concrete structures, pipe racks, control buildings
o Roads, paving, drainage, fencing, and underground utilities
• Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and specifications (SAES, SAMSS, GI, IFC drawings)
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and construction schedules
• Manage subcontractors and site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting to senior management
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and Aramco safety regulations
• Participate in inspections, audits, and handover activities with Client/Consultant

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas civil works
• Mandatory experience working on Saudi Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong exposure to civil buildings, infrastructure, and station works in pipeline projects
• Thorough knowledge of Aramco civil standards, construction practices, and quality systems
• Proven leadership in managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors
• Strong planning, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills
