Description
CHCC is hiring an experienced Head Chef/Canteen Supervisor for a large-scale workforce camp in Afif, Saudi Arabia.
Location: Afif, Saudi Arabia (Worksite approx. 400 KM from Riyadh – Riyadh/Jeddah Road)
Requirements:
Must have strong experience managing food arrangements for 2500+ workers
Experience in camp catering / industrial catering / large workforce kitchens
Ability to manage:
Kitchen staff & daily operations
Food planning & menu preparation
Hygiene & food safety standards
Inventory control and kitchen discipline
Good leadership and supervision skills
Previous Gulf/Saudi experience preferred
Salary Package:
SAR 4,500 – 5,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Ensure quality, quantity, and timely meal delivery for workers
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock/inventory
Manage kitchen staff schedules and performance
Ensure smooth catering operations for large workforce Nationality: Pakistani/ Bangladesh
Good communication skill in English
