Description

We are looking for a skilled, hardworking and experienced HR & Office Assistant for our growing logistics business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily office activities of the company.
• Supervising all the facilities and issues of the staff and workers.
• Organizing the company's administrative work and necessary documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Honours Complete).
• Language Skills: Must be proficient in speaking English (preference will be given to knowing Arabic).
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be expert in Excel in particular.

Work Experience:

The candidate must have previous experience working in popular online delivery or logistics platforms in Saudi Arabia. For example:
• Work experience in companies such as Noon, Keeta, Jahez, Ninja, Eimart, Keemart, Amazon etc. is mandatory.
