We are looking to hire an *HR Operations Lead* for a leading company in Qatar.
Minimum Requirements:
• 7 years of HR experience in Qatar, preferably in a large-scale organization with a high employee count.
• Strong hands on experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to develop HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic is an advantage.
