HSE Manager – High-Rise Project

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 12+ Years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar HSE Manager role
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of overall HSE experience in construction.

- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager on high-rise/tower projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessments, method statements, PTW, emergency procedures, and site safety inspections.
- Experience managing HSE teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of incident investigation, safety audits, toolbox talks, and HSE reporting.
- Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA will be preferred.
- Saudi/GCC high-rise project experience is preferred.

Salary Package

- SAR 13,000 – 14,000/- Full Package (Final salary will be based on experience and suitability).
