Join our healthcare facilities team and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, and ventilation systems.
Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality in critical healthcare areas.
Inspect, test, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety and infection control procedures.
Collaborate with the Facilities and Engineering team to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience.

Experience in hospitals or healthcare facilities is preferred.

Good knowledge of chillers, BMS, ventilation systems, and preventive maintenance.

Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
