Job responsibilities :

a) Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
b) Troubleshoot mechanical faults in precast production equipment, including concrete mixers, batching plants, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and vibrating tables, Hollow Core Production Machines/Cutting Machines.
c) Maintain and repair overhead cranes, lifting equipment, moulds, mould-handling systems, and other factory machinery, within authorized competency.
d) Repair or replace mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gears, chains, belts, rollers, couplings, seals, and pulleys.
e) Inspect and maintain hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, hoses, and pneumatic components.
f) Conduct regular inspections of production lines and report equipment defects or abnormal operating conditions.
