We Are Hiring – Inventory Receiving Officer (Pakistan, Indian only)

Location: Buraidah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a careful and responsible person to receive goods at our warehouse.

Your main job is to:

Check all items received from suppliers.
Make sure the quantity and quality are correct.
Enter the information into the Odoo ERP system.
Keep inventory records accurate.
Main Responsibilities
1. Check Incoming Goods
Compare delivered items with the Purchase Order (PO) and delivery note.
Check products like groceries, vegetables, meat, and bakery items.
2. Enter Data in Odoo
Scan or enter every received item into the Odoo system immediately.
3. Quality Check
Check expiry dates.
Check for damaged or missing items.
Report any problems immediately.
4. Maintain Records
Keep Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
Match supplier invoices with received goods.
Update inventory records using Excel.
5. Support Warehouse Operations
Work with warehouse and store staff.
Help organize products so they can be stored quickly and correctly.
Requirements
Experience
At least 2 years of experience as:
Receiving Clerk
Inventory Controller
Storekeeper
Similar warehouse position
Language
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Computer Skills
Experience using Odoo ERP.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry and simple formulas).
Personal Skills
Honest and hardworking.
Good attention to detail.
Physically fit.
