Description

Admin Duties:

• Oversee daily office operations.
• Manage and organize documents.
• Handle internal and external communication.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to teams.

Accounting Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Process and track invoices.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Follow up ewa payments
• Follow up rentals with customers.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Reconcile company bank statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in both administrative and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

candidate Must speak Hindi And English fluently.
