We need Leader/ Manager - Civil Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance and construction, with a focus on SABIC, Aramco, and Royal Commission projects.
• Proven experience in sales, estimation, and planning for construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local KSA market practices, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, or equivalent).
• Experience in managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
