Description
We are looking from an Operations and Facilities Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
Efficiently manage budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
Enhance tenant experience by providing exceptional services.
Apply quality tools to ensure effective performance.
Manage service contracts with vendors to achieve the highest quality standards.
Create technical specifications for new projects.
Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare tenant manuals and design criteria.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience in operations and facilities management.
