Outdoor Sales Representative — Wholesale Sports & Gym Equipment
Volcan Fitness is hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business in sports and gym equipment.

You’ll visit prospective and existing business customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and build long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and approach gyms, sports clubs, retailers, schools, and other potential wholesale customers.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and present Volcan Fitness products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate sales within company guidelines.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work toward sales targets and maintain accurate records of visits and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team on orders, delivery, and after-sales support.

Requirements

- Outdoor, field, or B2B sales experience; wholesale or fitness equipment experience is an advantage.
- Arabic is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, target-focused approach and confidence meeting customers in person.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
