Rapco Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Officer to support our infrastructure and utility projects in South Region. Preference will be given to candidates with National Water Company (NWC) project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database for civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or utility projects.
• Mandatory: Proven experience working on National Water Company (NWC) projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP procurement systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
