Description
A new luxury residential building with a five-star living concept, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the building and ensure high standards of service for residents.
Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the building
Supervising reception, housekeeping, and security teams
Handling tenant relations and resolving residents’ requests
Coordinating maintenance and facility management
Monitoring occupancy and assisting with leasing
Ensuring the building operates at high hospitality standards
Requirements:
Experience in property management or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff and building operations
Good problem-solving skills
English required (Arabic is a plus)
