Secretary

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Expertise in computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and meeting minutes
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
