Looking for Senior Business Development Executive (Sales) for below Job responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-depth market research focused on the rental industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.

Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to develop targeted strategies for business expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the rental sector.

Understand customer needs, pain points, and requirements to tailor services and offerings accordingly.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.

Explore new avenues for business development, including partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Oversee the seamless deployment of rental equipment to clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service quality.

Working closely with finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.

Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to rental operations in KSA.

Oversee the preparation and management of rental agreements and contracts with clients.

Lead the bid management process for key projects and tenders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.

Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.

Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, using the insights to strengthen the company's competitive positioning.

Identify potential regions and industries for expansion, leading efforts to diversify the rental business's footprint in KSA.

Lead and motivate the business development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Identify training and development needs and provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
