Description
Service Team Leader (Automotive Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate repair and maintenance tasks, coordinate job schedules, and monitor work progress to ensure vehicles are serviced on time.
Perform complex diagnostics and repairs while assisting junior technicians with challenging mechanical and electrical faults.
Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets safety regulations and dealership or manufacturer quality standards.
Train new staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing workshop environment.
Liaise with Service Advisors and customers to explain technical issues, discuss repair options, and ensure satisfaction.
