What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea beverages with precision and care.
- Educate customers on our tea offerings and help them find their perfect brew.
- Maintain a clean and organized tea bar, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition.
- Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for tea and a willingness to learn about different tea varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Previous experience in a caf?, tea house, or similar environment is a plus, at least 3 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
