• Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies
• Monitor food portions and minimize waste
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Follow all food safety regulations and health codes
Requirements
• Thai nationality
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine and cooking techniques
• Basic English or Arabic communication skills
• Valid passport and ability to obtain a Saudi work visa
• Food handling certificate (preferred)
