A specialized rehabilitation center is seeking to hire a female employee to join our team, with the opportunity for future promotion to a managerial role based on performance.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree (minimum) in:
• Child Psychology
• OR Special Education
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the same field
• Preferably with experience in managing organizations or rehabilitation centers
• Strong personality with leadership potential
• Looking for long-term stability and growth within the same organization

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in rehabilitation programs and support daily center operations
• Assist in organizing workflow and supervising tasks when required
• Opportunity to grow into a leadership/managerial role after performance evaluation

Working Hours:
• Two shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday off

Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: 250 BHD
• Transportation Allowance: 20 BHD
• Housing Allowance: 30 BHD
• Total Salary: 300 BHD
• Medical insurance (Al Hilal Hospital)
