Description
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to manage multiple retail stores.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hypermarket or supermarket (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years in retail management (multi-store preferred)
Strong leadership and operational skills
Good knowledge of inventory and sales systems
Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
