Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full operations of fuel stations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, compliance, and service excellence across all sites. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple fuel stations across different locations
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted station operations (fuel supply, staffing, maintenance)
Monitor and improve operational KPIs (sales volume, shrinkage, efficiency, customer satisfaction)
Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency
Supervise station managers and operational teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
Monitor cash handling, controls, and reconciliation processes
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement and service quality initiatives Candidate
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in operations management
Proven experience in fuel stations, retail operations, or logistics operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of operational controls, cost optimization, and performance management
Experience in managing multi-site operations is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Saudi market regulations (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
