Job Vacancy – Operations Manager
A company operating in the café industry is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its team, oversee branch operations, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve business and operational goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the café or F&B industry.
Experience in managing and overseeing multiple branches and monitoring their performance.
Strong ability to monitor KPIs and achieve operational targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in both Arabic and English.
Currently residing in Jeddah.
Willing to travel between branches and conduct regular field visits as required.
Must own a private car.
