We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Jubail. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services to support both project and operational requirements.

The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, and procurement process management. The role also involves monitoring purchasing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies as well as relevant market regulations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal departments to identify purchasing needs, developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and effective procurement delivery aligned with project timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
Strong experience in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement planning
Solid understanding of procurement regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Urdu and Hindi, will be considered an advantage
