Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager with 15+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves leading procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company objectives
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for project needs
Monitor and control procurement budgets and cost optimization
Prepare and review tender documents, RFQs, and contracts
Lead commercial negotiations to achieve best value and terms
Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for procurement planning
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and regulations
Manage supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Track procurement schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines
Handle claims, variations, and contract-related issues
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 15+ years of experience in procurement within construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain operations
Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure or road projects
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
