Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our South Indian restaurant located in Umm Al Hassam, Bahrain.
Location: Umm Al Hassam, Bahrain
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Bahrain hotel or restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff coordination
Ability to handle daily operations, inventory, and reporting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of South Indian cuisine is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage and train staff (kitchen & service team)
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
Handle inventory, purchasing, and cost control
Maintain hygiene and quality standards
