Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in Riyadh. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the local Saudi market, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and the ability to negotiate and close complex deals while fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B or B2C clients to expand our market presence and customer base across Riyadh.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and existing accounts to ensure high retention rates.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Sales Pitching & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, customized proposals, and commercial quotations tailored to deep customer needs.
• Market Intelligence: Gather competitive market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities in the KSA, providing regular feedback to the management team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing, client onboarding, and payment collections.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines, records, and client interactions using CRM method.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in the Saudi market (specifically Riyadh).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Key Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Local Compliance: Valid Saudi driving license and a strong understanding of KSA commercial regulations
